I upgrade my IOS from 4 to IOS 6 and when i should restore the phone it come an error message with unknown error (-1) what can i do to solve this problem? know the phone aint working at all! HELP!!

Attempt to restore your iOS device two more times. If the issue is still unresolved, the device may need service.
While doing the update and restoring for IOS 6 on Iphone 4 an error appear it says- Unknown error (-1). I need help
