My ipad only has text sounds. No sounds in apps, mail,etc. if you double click home button and swipe right to get to volume control, there is no speaker control. Any help. I have checked everything in can.

Hello kj11856,

It might be worth attempting a restart of the iPad, and then a reset, should that not resolve the issue.

If the iPad is still not producing sound, you may want to try restoring the iPhone.
