Is anyone getting double billed on Candy Crush?

Yes!  I just realized today that whenever I purchase something for .99 I get charged $9.90!  I have been WAY overcharged in the last 2 weeks!  Reported to iTunes today. No response yet. I read on another board that this is a known problem!
