How can I recover my user password (OSX 10.7.5, MacBk13")

Recently, I did some disc cleaning with DiskDoctor, afterwards, I couldn't sign on as a user; had to sign on as a guest.

Tried to use my Time Capsule, Reloaded Lion, etc.... Apple is working on it, but seems stumped. I told them I found a backup G-Drive that

had keystring data.....

Please help.
