I have a friend of mine selling iphone 4s white 16gb..I wonder if MC924LL/A is factory unlocked?
Please help me because I want to update it to 6.1.3 and I am scared because it can cause problem on carrier if its not factory unlocked..

Well you need to ask your friend that question before you buy the phone. If they have used the phone before you and they are selling it, then they should know for sure if the phone is factory unlocked or not and if not, what carrier the phone is or was locked to and whether it has been unlocked or not.
Don't ask on a user forum, but ask the friend that you are buying the phone from. If you are not happy with the answers, then don't buy the phone.
