I have just backed up my ipone. How do I view or see the backed up data? I have backed it up on my computer and in icloud.

The backup is not normally viewable so why do you want to see it? You could use computer program's like iPhone backup extractor or ibackupbot
Well, I suppose I just want to make sure that it's truly there. Im concerned about one app in particular that has a lot of information, passwords, and contact info. I dont want to loose all of it. Im about to buy a new phone and want to make sure the "information" is there. I guess im just curious also.
Then the two programs I mentioned might suit you.... They are not free but you can use limited free features of ibackupbot and that might show you what you are looking for
