Script Editor 2.0 download

I would like to download Script Editor 2.0 (or whatever is the latest version for Mac OS 10.2.8). A downlaod page appears to exixt at
http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/applescripteditor.html

but the download link appears to be broken -- it just takes me to a page saying the link is outdated.

Is there any way to download the latest version of Script Editor?
