Q: How do I get facetime app on my iPhone 4S?

HI I got a iPhone 4S and my front camera don't work, when I click on it it crashes and crashes both cameras? Also I don't have the FaceTime app? What do I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

If you are using iOS 6.1.3 as your profile states, Facetime is not an app but integrated into the OS. Go into any contact and you will see at the bottom that Facetime is just one more way to "call" a contact.

If your iPhone came from UAE or some other middle-east countries, FaceTime is banned and will not have FaceTme at all no matter where you are now.
