My iphone 4 with latest OS keeps crashing when I open facebook app can someone advise? This is only happeining in the last few days I cannot use facebook on my iphone it crashes and slows down our network/wifi, is this a problem with facebook (latest version downloaded) or OS which is 6.1.3 - anyone any solutions? Thanks

Try resetting your iphone (will not delete everything)
Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset All Settings
All your settings, wireless connections (excluding phone service) will be reset. No data should be erased.

Be advised: you have to re-join any wi-fi or bluetooth networks connected to your iphone.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't work quit the Facebook app. Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it jiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then delete the Facebook app and download it again.

Tomo... Ironically I have the same issue. Yesterday the app just started crashing upon opening. My ipad is doing the same thing.
iPhone 5 running ios 6.1.3 and fb app vers 202949 and ipad 3 ios 6.1.2 jb and fb vers 144493.
