Hi i get this pop up "Tap continue and sign in to view billing information" whenever i try do download a FREE game ...and when i click continue it says the payment method is declined

please help

You must have a method of payment stored in your Apple ID account in order for the account to be active. Obviously there is a problem with your billing info that needs to be corrected. Could be as simple as your info shows your credit card has expired. Instead of tapping on Continue go to your Apple ID account and check and correct your billing information.


When you download a free app your Apple ID still needs correct payment information even though there is no charge for a free app.


If you no longer have a credit card or don't wan one listed in your Apple ID purchase and iTunes gift card and enter that as your method of payment for your Apple ID. As long as the gift card has a positive balance you will be able to download free apps.
