After reviewing your question, I believe I have some articles that can help you troubleshoot your issue. First, you might want to make sure your iTunes files are present and in the correct folder by referencing this article:

If those files are located in the specified location, then you might want to reference the steps listed in this article, in order to restore them in the iTunes library:
