I have an imac OSX connected to an airport extreme by ethernet cord. I connected my HP photosmart C4780 printer by USB to the back of the airport extreme. My imac willI print just fine but my HP laptop will not detect the printer. Can anyone help?

If you haven't already, I would recommend that you start by installing Bonjour for Windows on your HP laptop. This will assist the laptop in "finding" the shared USB printer. Please post back your results.
I installed the Bonjour for Windows. Opened the Bonjour Printer Wizard. Shared Printers: No Bonjour Printers are available.
Any other suggestions?
Try temporarily disabling the Windows firewall on your HP laptop. The firewall may interfere with Bonjour's ability to locate the printer. If this resolves the issue, you may need to configure the Windows firewall to open the ports needed for Bonjour.
