Got this error message and can't understand. Notes and syncing with my Mac was one of the main things I use. Mac is MacBook running 10.7.5 and iPod touch is 6.1.3
Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

What was the wording of the error message and what were you doing when you received the message?
You are running OSX 10,7 as you say, right?
