Keynote quite working

Try re-installing Keynote. If that does not work please re-post in theKeynote forum.

Keynote supports .pps as well as other common .ppt formats. Please update your keynote software and it should work fine.

I even went as far as to buy a new copy and still keynote is not working!!!! I am desperate at this point. It also doesn't work with another user.

I am definetely not a Keynote or PowerPoint expert but I did have one idea. When you are attempting to open the PowerPoint document please describe the steps you are taking in Keynote to open the document and exactly what response (including error messages) you receive..
