I can't download the newest version of Itunes onto my laptop

I keep getting an air message "the feature you are trying too use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Help!!

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are getting the error, "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable," on your Windows laptop when installing the latest version of iTunes. I found an article that addresses this error when trying to uninstall iTunes, and I think it might help with installing iTunes as well:
