Contact the wireless provider that your iPhone is locked to and

ask if they offer unlocking and if you qualify. Only the wireless

provider that the iPhone is locked to can unlock it.

You bought a phone that is locked to Sprint. Sprint will not unlock it if you are not a customer. You can not use the phone.

You bought the wrong phone.

Return it and try to get your money back from wherever you bought it or sell it to someone in the US who can actually use it, assuming it's not stolen...
