Emailing separate page of pdf document

I downloaded a multipage document of my 200 pages of recipes produce in FileMaker Pro in a pdf format and transferred it via iToons into the Book App on my iPhone 4s so I could pull up a needed recipe on the go. Several time someone has asked to email them a particular recipe. When I select email, my entire collection of recipes is sent. Is there a way I can email a single page of this multipage pdf file?
