I've been looking everywhere for a driver (any driver) that may help me use this Workcentre with our Macs. I know there's none from Xerox for this printer so, any idea, tip or suggestion to make this work? Besides buying a new printer of course... 🙂

Looking at the specifications for this printer, it appears that is uses a proprietary driver that was only ever released for Windows.
I also had a look at the Linux Foundation for an open source driver but there does not appear to be one for this model.
If you still have a Windows XP computer, you may be able to use it as a print server and use this instruction to print from the Mac.
