May 23, 2013 3:50 PM in response to brucebaileyby IdrisSeabright,Do you know what Sprint meant by "refresh on voicemail"? I would suggest that they need to delete the voicemail from the customers account and then add it back. To the best of my knowledge, no messages should survive that.

May 23, 2013 3:53 PM in response to IdrisSeabrightby Courcoul,GOOD GRIEF!! The world is coming to an end!!!
Kidding aside, yeah, the carriers' general purpose shotgun approach to these issues is blasting away at the client's config on their systems (messages included) and creating anew. A minute of silence for all the fallen bits and bytes....

May 23, 2013 4:01 PM in response to Courcoulby IdrisSeabright,Trying to figure out what's causing a problem with the voicemail could take days or more, require lots of tier 2 tech support. It's not worth it. Deleting it and adding it back to the account should take about 5 minutes and stands a good chance of fixing it in 5 minutes. If I were the customer, I'd go with the nuke and move on approach. It wouldn't be worth my time for them to try to figure out what went wrong.
Of course, I use Google Voice instead of my carrier's voicemail.
