Help! Why I can't buy poker chips?

I can't buy poker chips on zynga. I have money on the account but when i'm buying it says go to apple.com/support/itunes/ww ... So, what is the problem?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.1.2

We are just users here, like you. If you are instructed to contact Apple at a certain support address, then you will more likely reach someone who can find out what the issue is with your account than anyone here.
