how can a friend upload a song to my iCloud

A friend that is on a PC wants to tranfer a song and an audio book she purchased from audiobooks.com to my icloud ....can she do it, if so ....how ? =)

This will be huge if y'all can help me navigate through 'this' Thank YOU in advance. :-)

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), MacBook Pro and an iPhone 4S

She can't: iCloud does not provide general file storage and 'iTunes in the Cloud', which is what you are presumably thinking of, applies only to purchases you have made or ripped files from CDs you have uploaded. Your friend's purchases belong to her and it would be a breach of copyright for her to provide a copy to you.
