Q: iPhoto not displaying images at 100%

I am trying to build a book of wedding photographs for my niece and finding iPhoto 11 crops some of the images - they are not displayed in full in the frames. Is there any way to force the app to show the images at 100%? You can enlarge the image by dragging the slider across, but not decrease the size to show the full image.

iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.7.5), iMac 27"

Right click and choose 'Fit Photo to Frame Size.'
