¿Como puedo solucionar el error -1 que me da itunes al restaurar mi iPhone 3Gs?

Estoy intentando restaurar mi iphone porque se queda pegado en la manzana.

Al restaurarlo en itunes, me da el error -1, ya busque asesoria en la paguina y me dice que intente 2 veces mas y si el error sigue tengo que hacerle mantenimiento al equipo.

Ya lo intente 2 veces mas y nada que se soluciona, porque aun me sigue dando el mismo error -1. El error ocurre en la untima etapa de la restauracion.

¿que tipo de mantenimiento le tengo que hacer a mi iphone 3gs?
