why non-admin users can unlock FileVault encrypted disk when boot

Previously only admin user can unlock the disk encrypted using FileVault.

But now it lists all users' icons and can be unlock using even managed account. This happened after I installed HP driver update recently.

Any way to resolve this issue?

The keys to Filevault are stored in memory, so any program has access to them, it's been a big cause for alarm.

Use a external self encrypting drive instead. It has a keypad entry and everything, can be used with any machine.
