Q: I Can't Update my iPod Touch 4th Generation to iOS5

Hi,

I have been trying for a while to update my iPod 4th generation to iOS5, every time I go on itunes it tells me that I can update my ipod touch to software version 5.1. I click download and update every time, and it says that the software update server cannot be contacted. Anyone have any ideas of what I could do to get this update? Thanks
