MMS won't work on StraightTalk

I have an iphone 4 that was previously on AT&T now on StraightTalk. Everything works great but MMS. I can't send or receive picture or group messages. I have tried sim swap, resetting to factory default settings, StraightTalk and Apple support. I have a case number with Apple,but so far nothing has worked, and I kept getting a new person and had to explain everything several different times. It seems that I can't access the menu needed to enter the correct settings. I don't know what else to try. Is there any hope of getting this feature to work for me?

The reason you are having difficulty in accessing the APN settings is that you have an AT&T carrier profile file. It is what controls what access users have to particular settings. The carriers can modify the menu based on what they allow their customers to do. With the AT&T file, you cannot access it. Since you do not need an unlocked phone to use Straight Talk, the carrier file remains. While I do not know how to do it, you need to remove the carrier profile.
