Plugin for Sony XDCAM EX 1 - FCP 7

I am wondering if anyone has the correct plugins for MP4 files created by the Sony XDCAM EX 1 Camera. The links provided in previous discussions (which I cannot seem to find) are no longer valid. Many Thanks.
