Continue to my previous post.....

I finally found how to set up the screen. Here is how to:

  1. Read the instruction written by “ungrecco”.
  2. Make sure your server setting is working fine by tapping the network icon (like 3 boxes connected together, you can find it by sliding bottom menu icons belt on the main (black) screen. When you see the 4 arches of wireless network icon on right of the server name, your iPhone is connected to the server successfully. If you see just empty pie shape there, the connection is unsuccessful, then go back to the step 1.
  3. Go back to the main (black) screen (by tapping the top right icon like a checkmark on a paper.)
  4. Choose the # of camera view by tapping the screen divider icon on the bottom of the main (black) screen. (In my case, I have 5 cameras in one location (server) and 8 cameras in another location. So I chose 13 cameras view. (At this point, I do not know how to switch two locations on the separate view. So, I put both locations all in one screen.) Then save the view. (please refer my previous post for how to save the view.)
  5. (Next two steps are a little tricky. I had failed several times before made it successful.) Tap the one of the black boxes on the main screen, then it leads to “Saved Serverlist”.
  6. Tap the arrow at the left of the server name to change it to point down. Tap the Channel # you want to place in the box. Then screen goes back to the main screen with the camera view in the box. Tap the next black box and repeat this step. (step 4.)
  7. When you fill all black boxes with the Channels, then logout by tapping a person icon on the top right corner. Then log in again. You can see your screen setting there.

I hope many people will feel happy after completing above process. I spent two hours (1am-3am EST on Sunday) to find this how to.

Good luck, everybody!!

Thanks 311Ed but can you elaborate for us?

After login to the black cam screens in the new version, I opened the settings of the app, deleted the existing dummy (?) IP address there and created an entry with my previous and correct IP, Port, username and password settings (the one that worked with the previous version). Then exited the app. Then rebooted the phone. Then re-opened the app. And it was still as described, that is a login button with only a couple of choices of resolution, then a direct access to black cameras.

Myself also updated the supercam pro app.

As in the past it erased all of my stored IP address from all of my customers.

I went in and set up new server with IP address and information and I cant get any images to display, It also does not ask me for what cameras to select. that is what wach box is for, if you have multiple DVR's you and select which images you want to show up on your screen.

This app was a poor choice, they went back to basics.

I am an istaller of equipment and this has now messed up my business and is making my clients very unhappy

Good morning everyone! I'm from Brazil and I am safety technician, I use SuperCam and am disappointed with the update please help us as fast as possible with some updating simpler and uncomplicated for our customers. I have a number of complaints and especially customers without access to images.

Or if possible Video training for the User to make the new settings as soon as possible.

Thank you.

The app is not rendered useless.. the interface is now changed... and of course, like all good chinese products, no manual. I've figured out how to setup servers again...

1. Open the app and just press 'Login'

2. Configure your server(s).. click on the icon at the top middle/right.. looks like a paper with an arrow at bottom right... click 'add' at bottom... enter your server/login info... hit 'save' at top right.... repeat as necessary for added servers/dvrs.

3. Back at main screen, at bottom, you have option of viewing one cam at a time, 4, 1+6, 9, etc. Click 9 cam layout for example. Now you can tap each box one by one and select from the next page and drop down arrows which cam you want FROM ANY DVR (which I think is cool). In theory, you can have one camera active from 9 different sites in ONE layout! I think this is a major improvement if you're monitoring more than one site or set of cams. Also, once you've selected a cam for each box, to change it, you have to tap and hold.

Now the thing I haven't figured out (which I hope one of you can do in exchange) is figure out how to SAVE the layout you selected. I'm stuck there.

After you logged on, tap the 3rd icon (like a wheel) from left top on the screen and then tap 'local'. Under the Display, check mark at ""Remember display mode" then choose "Default display mode " from the pull down menu. Then tap "Save" on the top. Tap "Return". Tap "Close". Restart the App by clicking the icon like "a walking out person" at the top right corner. Then log in again.

My problem-- I'm still struggling with how to set the screen. The screen is still black after set two locations (two sets of ip address and port) on the “Saved Serverlist". I deleted the default unrecognized ip address originally staying on the top of the Saved Serverlist. Was it wrong?
