Maybe it is too damp... Try using a Clean, Dry microfiber cloth after using the dampened one.

The streaks are left by contaminants that do not evaporate. A clean cloth will not leave streaks.

Are you using water to dampen your cloth or some cleaning product?

so far all i 've used is the little black cloth that came with my mac,no water , no nothing. it's worked great so far.
