Somehow, while deleting several apps from mhy iPhone, my UTILITIES app disappeared from my iPhone. Can anyone help me get that app back again? Please help!!

I can't go to "SETTINGS". That disappeared with my Utilities app. Any other ideas?

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout and that should bring it back.
I found my "Settings" folder inside of a Finance App. Thank you for your help. I must have inadvertantly moved it. I certainly didn't even know I moved it.
I appreciate your help.
