How to delete "Other" on storage panel ..

Hi,

In my MBP, storage window we can see "other". It taking more space on my Mac. Kindly help to identify these files where is and delete.

Your kind response would be highly appriciated.

Hope this helps.

1. Empty Trash.

2. Delete "Recovered Messages", if any.

Hold the option key down and click "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

Select "Library" from the dropdown.

Library > Mail > V2 > Mailboxes

Delete "Recovered Messages", if any.

Empty Trash. Restart.

3. Repair Disk

Before you delete other you should find out what it is. Other contains email, calendars, contacts, data files, documents, OSX and other useful things like that.
