Original file problems
My itunes says that the tune could not be played because the original file could not be located. This is teh same for the whole library. I have recently changed computers?

It sounds like there may have been an issue when you moved between computers. You may want to take a look at the following articles, just to make sure that both the iTunes Library index files as well as the actual content files were correctly moved across:
