How to enable Hyper-V for Windows in Bootcamp?

I have a 13-inch macbook pro mid 2012. I want to install visual studio 2012 but i couldn't run the windows phone 8 emulator because it requires hyper-v. I am sure that my processor supports SLAT and Hyper-V . But in "Turn on windows feature" windows, i couldn't find the Hyper-V Option. Does anyone have experience how to enable the Hyper-V in Windows 8 Bootcamp for macbook pro mid 2012 (core i7 2,9) ? Thank you
