I want to use Apple TV with ipad 2

Apple TV (2nd generation), iOS 6.1.4

Go to speedtest.net and check your connection. If watching HD content, 720P needs at least 6mbps and 1080p 8mbps

I've done the test. Download speed is 9.60mbps and upload speed is 2.26mbps ping 62. Not sure what all this means. Can you assist please.

That is simply your connection speed, the download is what you need to be concerned with. if that is consistent then that is perfectly fine for streaming
