I have 2 Airport Express Base do I configure?

Has anyone been successful in getting AirPort Express to extend a wireless network when you have two of them

The Express base station can wirelessly extend another AirPort Extreme, Express, or Time Capsule. Please check out the following Apple Support article for more details.
