Changing ownership

Buying another iPad. We have two email accounts on it. Besides deleting my email account, which is the one it is registered to, what do we need to do to change complete ownership, including iCloud?

Thanks

Is someone else in you family going to use it, or are you going to sell it?

Look at this link.

If you are going to sell it, go to Settings>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings

Delete your iCloud account, your email accounts, turn off Messages and FaceTime, and sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes & Stores>Apple ID.

Then go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. Then every trace of anything that was tied to you personally will be wiped off the device.
