bcc mail adding more addresses whit out my asking

When I send emails to one recipient ( my Brother ) in Bcc the mail system adds another recipient with out my douing ? always the same one ? not very safe is it !!! and no I cant see it in the Bcc field

only happen's in Bcc ?
