Q: After I upgraded to 11.... my Ion record player converter is not reconized by i tunes,, it will add CD;s

I upgraded to the new itunes and immediately the ION record player converter was not reconized by the new Itunes. It still reconized the CD's the I bought and added them to the library I downloaded new itunes again and new Ion record software

    Hello, exactly the same issue here. Just rang ION on 01252 896080 and Mike confirmed that they are aware of this problem with the latest iTunes update and they are working on it. It's not us. He couldn't advise a date when it might be fixed, naturally, but in the meantime mentioned the Audacity software route for saving tracks and then manually moving them into iTunes. Given that I'm not that technical / it's not urgent / ION are working on it, I have decided at the moment to get back to them in a few weeks and keep trying in the meantime while just listening to my latest vinyl purchases on the turntable (ION Profile Express). Some mild comfort, at least.
