Q: My itunes account all the sudden is in spanish! HELP!

My itunes account all the sudden is in spanish! I have never changed it I have followed the steps to correct it and English is not an option! I have deleted it and downloaded again... still not helping! I have a powerpoint that HAS to be done and I need access to itunes! I cant read it!
