Simple: Sign in to the App Store with the account you used to either set up the machine or purchase the app.
If you did neither of these then contact the person who did.

no , I got it from Bestbuy(new), I already have an account but it keeps giving me this MSG
Then, like a lotof people you'll find that the machine was set up by Best Buy and the app is registered to their account. You'll need to get on to them to sort that out for you.
