Q: I am receiving error 50 message when I try to download movie and download stops. Can anyone help?

Ipod Touch is receiving Error 50 message when trying to download movie. The download stops and is unsucessful. Followed techs instructions and deleted .tmp file from computer/cdrive/users/"computer name"/mymusic/itunes/media/downloads but same error keeps returning.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3

So you followed the instrcutions here:

Did you find the .tmp foldyr?
I note that the pathe you specifiedfor the ,tmp folder is different than that in the above article.
