    Hav you deleted the iPhoto.app?

    • If iPhoto came preinstalled on a Mac with MacOS X 10.7 or later, you can download iPhoto again for free from the App Store, when you sign into the App Store with your AppleID. iPhoto should appear in the "Purchased" tab of the App Store or the "Accept" section of the "Purchased" tab.

    • If iPhoto came preinstalled on a Mac with an earlier system and installation media, install iPhoto again from the installation media that came with your mac.

Or restore the iPhoto.app from your TimeMachine backup, if you did not uninstall it complete and only deleted the app.

    Regards
