Try re-downloading it from the Mac App Store. If the problem still happens then open the OS X Terminal application and run the following command:

open $TMPDIR../C

In the folder that opens, locate the folders called "com.apple.appstore" and "com.apple.SoftwareUpdate" and remove them, and then try downloading OS X again.
