The Podcast Producer software is a server component of the OS X Server 10.6 package, and would require purchasing, installing and configuring OS X Server 10.6 and various of its components including Podcast Producer.

If you have a specific issue with connecting with an existing OS X Server configuration with Podcast Producer configured and enabled, check the console logs for any related diagnostics, and please post the sequence you're using and any errors or diagnostics messages you're receiving from the (presumably failed) connection.

The Podcast Producer and Podcast Capture software was deprecated and has been removed from the current OS X and OS X Server releases.
