a required itunes component is not installed.(-42404)

Hi There..I updated my itunes (running on Windows 7) to the latest version(11.0.3) then whenever i open it it gives me an error message saying that a required itunes component is not installed(-42404). Also can't sync my iphone anymore😟. I've tryed repairing but still the same problem exists..HELP PLEASE
