DL DVD burn

DL DVD burn

Good morning.

My 1.67 Ghz PB nominally has a superdrive that can burn double-layer DVD's.

How do I do that? Do I need Toast and/or iDVD?

Yep, one or the other!

iDVD or Toast for video DVDs, Disk Utility or Toast for data DVDs.

And some DL DVDs, preferably from Verbatim.

Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac -> More info -> Disc Burning to check the speed you can burn your data at. The drives on the Powerbooks are slower than later Macs.
