Q: Plantronics Voyager Pro HD: staying connected problems.

I have used Plantronics Bluetooth head/earsets for many years and love them.... that is, until I got my first IPhone 4s.  My bluetooth disconnects as soon as I answer a call.  It also ramdomly disconnects when I am just wearing it!  This is upsetting as often the caller thinks I am not answering and hangs up.  I have contacted Plantronics and their solution was to replace the headset - 3 times!  Still the same problem. So I took everything to an Apple Store.  Their soltuion (after testing what they could) was to give me a new IPhone 4s.  That did not solve the problem either.  I cannot find any information anywhere that gives me a solution, but I did find that I am not alone with this problem.  If anyone has THE solution, i would be eternally graetful!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, I have had this phone for 6 months

I have an iPhone 4 and using latest iOS 6 release ... trying to use a Plantronics M55 and a Voyager Legend UC and getting disconnected as soon as the dialed number answers ...from what I see around the web, there appears to be either a Bluetooth bug in Apples phones OR its an issue that Plantronics need to fix ..either way, very frustrating having to use the earpods supplied with phone ... in 2013, would be nice to be wire free :-(   Would be grateful for any advice to fix.

I have solved this problem..or rather someone at Verizon Tech Support did.  Go to "Settings", "General" scroll all the way down to "Reset" then "Reset Network Connections".  Please unpair your bluetooth BEFORE doing this, and re-pair after you reset the Network.  So far (an entire week) my Plantronics Voyager PRO HD stays connected.  Too bad no one at the Verizon stores knows this...but then again, they are taught to SELL!  It has been a RAREITY for someone at a Verizon store to really help. I suffered with this for 6 months, Plantronices replace my bluetooth 3 times and Apple replaced my phone once (even they did not know how to fix it!)  None of that worked.
