I got an idea for apple for which i want to be paid. How do i contact them?

You wont. So, become a developer...
Hire a law firm and have them contact Apple and arrange a meeting with you.

Read the legal submissions link and work from there. This is a primarily a user-to-user site.
Develop your idea, hire patent lawyers, patent it, then send the description and patent to Apple.

If you want Apple to purchase your "idea", you would have to develop and produce it into a viable product to the point that it would interest Apple to buy your company. Apple acquires other businesses all the time,.
