I installed Crap Cleaner on my MacBook Pro a while back. Really from the very start, it launches very slow. All my programs lauch quickly but this one keeps bouncing in the dock and then takes another 30 or more seconds to give me the interface. Any suggestions?

Delete it. They don't work correctly and they may delete a Mac OS X file, having to reinstall OS X. Also, OS X knows how to take care of itself, so you don't need any cleaning app that deletes files. In your case, it might indicate that the app doesn't work correctly. What's the name of this app?
It's called Crap Cleaner. There is a Windows version also. Are you sure I should delete it? If so, any preferred method of deleting it so it doesn't leave anything behind?

You should if you don't want to lose files. That type of applications can often be deleted just dragging its icon to the Trash, unless the developer of that application recommends you to use an uninstaller
No need for third party cleaing utilities on a Mac Nima.
Your Mac runs cleaning scripts in the background for you.
You can use use the free utiity AppDelete to remove the CCleaner app and all of it's associated files.
