Changes to songs in ITunes not reflected in Apple TV after 24 hours. Options?

I updated the genres of most of the music (26 gig) in my ITunes (running on an MBA). 24 hours later my Apple TV still shows the old genres. I've rebooted the Apple TV and restarted ITunes. What are my possible next steps?

Pages-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
